What is a Positioning Audit?

It’s a review of how your business presents itself—especially in tenders and online. We assess how well you communicate your capacity to deliver and identify any gaps that might be costing you work.

Do I need all 4 stages?

No. The positioning and messaging is required, but some businesses just need help refining their home page or developing a capability statement. We’ll tailor the process based on what works for your business.

How long does the process take?

Most clients complete the full process in 2–3 weeks, depending on how quickly we receive input and feedback. We’ll always give you a clear timeline upfront.

Do you work with businesses outside construction?

Yes—we specialise in building and construction, but our approach works for any business that needs to clarify its value and present itself more effectively to win work.

Can you update my existing website instead of rebuilding it?

Yes - if your current site is structurally sound, we can update the messaging and layout. If it's outdated or unclear, we’ll recommend a rebuild focused on communicating your strengths clearly.

Do you also develop other pages

We develop your Homepage with all the sections key decision makers need including your services, specialisations, featured projects, key differentiators and compliance / qualifications. We'll also set up your contact us page. If you need help with About Us, Company pages etc. we can recommend freelancers to complete this.
