When lockdowns hit Victoria, Ballarat Landscape Supplies realised the need to respond to what customers were now looking for - a safe and convenient buying experience. They turned to Brandstormer to develop a new website with an online store, and to implement a Marketing Strategy to attract a whole range of ready to buy new customers.

Research to determine what customers actually want

Strategic research was conducted to identify what people looked for in landscape supply businesses. We identified 'Professional & Friendly Service', 'Huge Product Range' and 'Fast Delivery Service' at the top of the list of factors that delighted customers.

A Google Ads Marketing Strategy was implemented with a clear goal to attract key target audiences to the website from locations within close proximity to the store.

Google Ads also allowed us to measure Ad spend, conversions (online store transactions, calls to business) and cost-per-conversion. We could determine and report back to the customer the all important overall ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
